- Medium (10x12): Fits chest 36-42" - most common
- Large (11x14): Fits chest 42-48"
Cummerbund sizing: The velcro attachment provides a wide adjustment range. Generally matches your plate size, but can accommodate variation.

Yes. The RTG Plate Carrier is modular by design. You can upgrade to a Bridger cummerbund (TUBES™ quick-release) or Tactical HL cummerbund (with integrated mag cells) at any time. The carrier base remains the same.
This carrier fits standard SAPI/ESAPI cut plates. Medium fits 10x12 and Large fits 11x14 plates. Swimmer cut and shooter cut plates will also fit with some extra room.
